And then, he put a ring on it. 32-year-old Ivan Beerkus proposed to his girlfriend 33-year-old Angela Nikolau as police and news helicopters surrounded the couple celebrating 1454 feet above Manhattan. They were both promptly arrested after they climbed down to a safe enough level for police to take them into custody.
