The Greenville, South Carolina Coroner’s Office has just announced that Hayden Panettiere’s cause of death has been ruled as an accident from the toxic effects of multiple drugs. The office specified that fentanyl, 4-ANPP, Alprazolam, Methocarbamol, and Quetiapine were all found in Panettiere, but added there were no signs of trauma that contributed to her death. This announcement doesn’t mean charges won’t be filed, as the DEA continues to investigate Panettiere’s death and who may have been responsible for supplying the deadly combination of drugs to her.
