Utah authorities are conducting a massive, multi-county manhunt after three women were found dead in two separate locations.  Residents in southern, central and eastern counties are being told to keep the lights on, lock their doors and remain at home.  Schools, government buildings, even health clinics are closed in the area, as police hunt down a suspected killer.
