Ohio officials say it took them more than two hours to find the person who called 9-1-1, then hung up, around 4 am on Wednesday morning. Dispatchers called back several times, and finally got a one word response: “help.” But by the time police tracked down the location of the phone, they were too late, discovering the bodies of grandparents 67-year-old Gale Sanders and 51-year-old Melissa Campbell along with their grandson, 22-month-old Kozzar Lotut.
