Colt Gray was only 14 years old when he brought an assault rifle to school September 4th, 2024, killing 2 fellow students, 2 teachers and injuring 8 others.  Friday, he pleaded guilty, avoiding a trial scheduled for October and heard victim impact statements from his victims’ family members.  One by one, they expressed the pain and horror they each live with and asked the judge to sentence the teen to life without the possibility of parole.  This week both Colt and his father Collin, who was convicted of second degree murder for giving his son access to the assault rifle used in the mass shooting, will find out their fates from separate judges.”
