An Alabama doctor has been charged with manslaughter after his patient died during surgery. Prosecutors say the doctor made an unfathomable mistake:  he removed the wrong organ. The patient was supposed to have his spleen removed, but instead, the doctor took out his liver. But, it’s not the first time the doctor has made such a mistake, and it’s not the first time one of his patients died from surgery.
