After 15 years as a national security analyst and strategist, what do you do? You head out on your own and build your own business, of course. This is Jacinta Robinson, a life strategist, and founder of FuturePivots. Jacinta is now bringing her foresight and strategy to people and businesses.

Her position: uncertainty is now the operating condition, yet most of us are still waiting for it to pass, or reacting when it hits. Jacinta believes we need a different way of operating: see change early, shape what's possible, and own how we respond. The future isn't something we inherit. She doesn't think outside the box; she questions why there has to be one.

Jacinta speaks to Rowena Morais about building the future we want.

I’ve lived in the gap between my true capability and how others perceive me. I’ve seen that gap hold brilliant people back. Success often comes down to visibility. Not self-promotion but strategic positioning. Knowing how to show up, speak up, and be recognised for the work you do.

I’m Rowena Morais. On Amplified, I speak with entrepreneurs to uncover the real story behind their visibility and growth — what’s worked and what hasn’t. Their stories deserve to be heard and so does yours. Join me.
