This is Ros Lockley, mediator, trainer and coach. Mother of four, Ros has mediated many disputes including those at the workplace, in small businesses, at volunteer organisations, but also, within families, between neighbours and more.

She shared that she has a high success rate where people who hate each other when they walk into the mediation ....are now able to work together to find mutually acceptable solutions to their concerns. And some of them even become close friends. Which is fantastic, of course.
