Meet Michele Chaseling, a qualified social worker who is passionate about holistic practices, particularly with Energy Psychology. Michele helps people who are struggling with chronic health challenges, exhaustion, overwhelm, and feeling stuck, to uncover and release the energetic root causes of their symptoms — so they can reconnect with their body, reclaim their power and freedom, and feel more in control of their health and future.

Michele worked for 16 years in Centrelink, working with the most vulnerable and disadvantaged people with histories of trauma, domestic violence, young carers, homelessness, and mental health issues. She also worked in Defence, working with families assisting them to manage the issues associated with being part of a family with a Defence enlisted member, including regular moving and deployments, and the impact of the members mental health on the family.

Now Michele has started her own practice. She speaks to Rowena Morais about what her journey looks like.

I’ve lived in the gap between my true capability and how others perceive me. I’ve seen that gap hold brilliant people back. Success often comes down to visibility. Not self-promotion but strategic positioning. Knowing how to show up, speak up, and be recognised for the work you do.

I’m Rowena Morais. On Amplified, I speak with entrepreneurs to uncover the real story behind their visibility and growth — what’s worked and what hasn’t. Their stories deserve to be heard and so does yours. Join me.
