HEAR THE EXPERTS HERE
This month on our mini-series Hear the Experts Here, Josh chats to Arielle Nissenblatt, Head of Community & Content at Squadcast. Arielle is easily one of the biggest advocates globally for growing the podcast industry. Not just a great ambassador for Squadcast, she is also the founder of EarBuds Podcast Collective, the cohost of Sounds Profitable, and recently launched Trailer Park: The Podcast Trailer Podcast. In this compelling chat, Josh and Arielle discuss what's next in creativity for podcasts, the latest tech that’s transforming podcast production, and how we can extend audio from our ears into the real world.
ARE YOU USING YOUR SHARPEST TOOL?
Ampel is thrilled to have recently worked with the wonderful team at hipages to create a new sound for their radio and audio marketing program. Ampel were engaged to help hipages create two compelling radio ads that stood out, made and impact and made their marketing dollars work harder. Not only did we create two fun, witty and distinctive radio ads, we also created a new audio logo too. We create a sound that signifies success for both people engaging tradies, and tradies themselves.
IS YOUR RADIO WORKING HARD FOR YOU?
Making radio ads but not sure whether they are working for you as hard as they could? At Ampel, we are on a mission to support the audio industry - and part of that is making sure your creative is at its best. If you are unsure whether your content is best in class, send us a confidential email. We’ll review your content and give you some tips on how your content could be working harder.
THIS MONTH I’M LISTENING TO…
Ampel’s GM & Chief Strategy Officer Michelle Lomas, listens to podcasts all day for work, so when she has the time she likes to find podcasts that are a little out of the ordinary. This month she gives us the download on what she’s loving…
PODCAST: IF BOOKS COULD KILL “This podcast has been popping up on my feed for months, thanks to its unique concept. Hosts Michael Hobbes & Peter Shamshiri review the ‘Airport bestsellers that captured our hearts and ruined our minds’. Put simply - they rip apart bestsellers we all have read like Outliers, The Secret, Freakonomics and more. Special shout out to the episode on ‘Men Are From Mars, Women Are From Venus’. I’m not sure I’ve ever laughed so hard from a podcast before. It’s horrifying to think this book was sitting on the bedside table of every couple's bedroom in the 90’s!’
