Apex Fitness NW co-founder and fellow Sehome High alumni Danielle Paskewitz joins me on the podcast.  Danielle is not only an owner of Apex (Instagram) but she is also involved with a local community group called Girl Strong.  Check out their website and Instagram to learn more about what this group is doing for women coaches.  Danielle and I discuss the launch of Apex and the immediate plans for the gym.  We are also joined by Graham Gribble, the other founder of Apex and a strength training/health teacher at our beloved Sehome High School.  We discuss different methods of training and what gives Danielle and Graham their passion to keep working hard for the health of others.
