SAfm — The Minister of Communications and Digital Technologies Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams has apologized for breaking lock-down regulations. This comes after President Cyril Ramaphosa placed her on special leave for two months - one month of which will be unpaid. The presidency issued a statement earlier today saying the President has accepted her apology for the violation but was unmoved by mitigating factors she tendered.
