The worst roads campaign

The prime minister says Canada and the U-S will begin comprehensive negotiations for a new economic and security relationship immediately after the Canadian election. Mark Carney spoke after a "productive" phone call this morning with U-S President Donald Trump. But he says that Canada has to do more for itself. Carney noted that he told Trump during that phone call that he will be going ahead with new retaliatory tariffs next week after Trump imposes his promised round of reciprocal tariffs on April 2nd.

With community measles exposures released by the Windsor-Essex County Health Unit (WECHU) on a near daily basis, the local public health unit is supporting residents with an easy, simple-to-follow, assessment tool to inform next steps. The online self-assessment tool can be used following a possible exposure to measles to guide those exposed through a series of questions to determine the next steps they should take.
