Remember the Windsor hum? There hasn't been much talk about it lately. Many residents of Windsor and LaSalle reported a low frequency noise that was dubbed the 'hum' ... it was first noticed a few years ago.  Research and investigations got underway to try to pinpoint the source, but it wasn't an easy task.
