Over 90 people are dead following catastrophic flooding in central Texas.  In Kerrville, 48 adults and 27 children are dead with ten children and one adult still missing from a girls camp. Officials say hundreds of first responders are working search and rescue operations in the area. Rory O'Neill, NBC News, joins us with the latest.
