The National Weather Service says now is the time to shelter in place as Hurricane Milton's outer bands thrash Florida's west coast.  Milton is now a Category 3 storm with winds at about 125 miles-per-hour. Milton is being called a "catastrophic" hurricane, and will be "extremely dangerous" when it hits either tonight or early Thursday.  There are warnings of life-threatening storm surge, damaging winds and flooding rains.
