The 450 stores across Ontario already licensed to sell beer, wine and ciders can start ordering coolers and seltzers on Thursday and can sell the beverages as soon as they're delivered. It's part of a fast-tracked plan by the provincial government to get more ready-to-drink cocktails on shelves amid an ongoing strike with Ontario's liquor retailer.
