The taonga that is the Memorial Entrance Gates to Lancaster Park will be rededicated by Christchurch Mayor Phil Mauger.

These magnificent gates a very important symbol that not everyone knows the heritage of.

The man overseeing the refurbishment is Christchurch City Council's Andrew Rutledge, who spoke with Lesley Murdoch about the work involved in getting them refurbished.

Crusaders and All Blacks hooker Codie Taylor is back in action this weekend. 

The Crusaders are travelling north to face their traditional rivals, the Blues, later this evening. 

Taylor spoke with the media ahead of what’s shaping up to be another bruising Super Rugby Pacific encounter.

He also explained what’s happening with one of Christchurch’s prestigious golf courses, Pegasus, as it goes up for sale.
