Mike Naig is the Iowa Secretary of Agriculture and David Ross is the EPA Assistant Administrator for the Office of Water. Together they are co-chairs of the Gulf of Mexico Hypoxia Task Force and they joined Chip Flory on August 4th to discuss the conservation work happening in the Upper Mississippi River basin to improve water quality locally and downstream, plus the just released results of a study to determine the "dead zone" in the gulf.
