U.S. Senator Deb Fischer from Nebraska talks about her cattle market bill, her Haulers of Agriculture and Livestock Safety (HAULS) Act, and signing the letter from several senators and representatives urging the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to improve safety and navigability on the lower Missouri River.
