A conversation with Rich Saal, one of the creative forces behind Soil and Soul.

Rich along with Noah Sabich in Soil and Soul worked to catalog and document ten oral histories of individuals who have spent their lives farming in the Sangamon County Watershed. The oral histories, video documentary and photographs will be unveiled on November 7 at UIS as part of the Sangamon Experience.
