This morning at my day job I was able to interview State Senator Vin Gopal on the NJ Beer regulations. Take a listen, the Senator told me he talked with the ABC director a few days ago, he promises to not be heavy handed in enforcement of the rules. The Senator also discussed working with Senator Michael Testa to craft legislation to get these rules changed.
