Monash University researchers have developed a “world-first” app to help shift workers get more sleep.

The initial trial of the app found workers using the app slept an average of 29 minutes longer.

Researcher at Monash University’s Turner Institute for Brain and Mental Health Dr Jade Murray told Julie-anne Sprague on 6PR Afternoons the app helps people build better sleep routines.
