American wellness brand and phenomenon StretchLab has made it to Perth, offering one-on-one tailored stretching sessions designed specifically for your body.

Owner Freddy Hollow told Millsy at Midday host Steve Mills the concept aimed to help people train the way their muscles work and respond through customised one-on-one sessions.

"You come in, we talk through what you're going to do and essentially you get a full body stretch," he told Mills.
