Managing Director of Strategic Property Group Trent Fleskens has told Julie-anne Sprague the Perth property market is as "hot as its ever been", with hopes supply will soon climb.

In order for the city to escape the past few years' of stagnation a number of things have to change, not least seller confidence, Mr Fleskens said.
