Preparations are underway by the Zoo to plan for the death of elderly and much loved Asian Elephant Tricia with the Zoo looking at rehoming the two younger Elephants at another Zoo when the time comes.

WA Environment Minister Stephen Dawson spoke about the future planning of the Zoo with Simon Beaumont on the Afternoon Program as the Zoo celebrates their 120th Birthday.
