New research reveals that while Australia is a nation of proud home cooks who are passionate about food, more than half don’t know what their cooking personality is, which is causing stress both in and out of the kitchen.

Jo McManus spoke with Elisabeth Shaw, CEO of Relationships Australia’s NSW Branch to discuss how these cooking personalities can fit into our relationship.

"It's the heart of the household. That friction and potential inequity in fairness and lack of respect for others efforts can get pretty scratchy on a bad day," she told Jo.
