A WA woman diagnosed with terminal brain cancer hopes to raise crucial funds for cancer research at a gala dinner this month.

An Esperance woman who was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer is fulfilling her bucket list and raising money for cancer research at the same time.

Eleanor McCleave worked as a theatre nurse at Sir Charles Gairdner until she was diagnosed.

Eleanor told Steve Mills on Millsy at Midday that chemotherapy and radiation 'miraculously worked.'
