A Perth butcher has won the award for Australia’s best lamb sausage at the Sausage King National Finals in Adelaide.

His lamb, fetta and chive sausages were praised for their quality.

Crimea Quality Meats Joe Di Fulvio told Jo McManus on 6PR Afternoons the best way to cook sausages is "low and slow".
