The Broome Visitor Centre was the scene of Thursday's show, with Broome Tramway Co owner Matt Western giving Steve the VIP treatment, before the show took an enlightening turn when Greg Quicke, aka Space Gandalf, stopped by for a chat.

Quicke is a self-taught astronomer who started an astronomy business in 1995 with no idea it would still be going. His stargazing shows are world famous and a major tourism attraction in town.
