This weekend the Supercars are racing at Carco.com.au Raceway in Wanneroo.

As part of the weekend, the International motoring sport body, the FIA, is encouraging more women to take part in its Girls on Track program

April Welsh, the Vice President of the WA Sporting Car Club and an FIA Girls on Track Champion (and she is also the daughter of our traffic reporter Bruce Welsh) joined Jules to explain how she became an advocate for Type 1 diabetes racing and getting more women into motorsport.
