Campaign Manager for the Australian Marine Conservation Society, Cip Hamilton, told Sofie Formica on 4BC Afternoons they are calling for accountability from the supermarkets.

"We're in the midst of a cost of living crisis, we have an environmental crisis and we're being charged more to avoid plastic packaging in our weekly shop." Ms Hamilton said.
