Public information meeting this Friday, Feb. 4, at 12:00 noon at the Sons of Norway in Fargo. The topic is in regard to a petition currently circulating in ND that, if successfully implemented into law, would change the rules regarding the current direct initiated measure process in ND. Advocates from two groups on either side of the issue, Protect ND Constitution and ND Voters First, will speak at the meeting.
