On today’s episode of After the Crisis, author Jocellyn Harvey shares how her journey through sobriety led to a passion to help others create space in their lives and gain radical acceptance. Listen in as Victoria and Jocellyn discuss the fallacy of alcohol managing stress and anxiety, using your energy in better ways, and what it looks like to allow yourself to feel things.

Jocellyn Harvey got sober in 2016 and continues to live in recovery through many aids: spirituality and mindset, a bit of therapy, a touch of traditional recovery programming, close relationships, creativity, and simply enjoying life without the hangover!

In 2019 she wrote Recovering the Home — a decluttering guide for women in recovery — which you can find at www.recoveringthehome.com
