Clare Reed is a triple negative breast cancer survivor and a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. She trained in CBT back in 2008 after a decade in the corporate world in human resources and practiced for nine years, specializing in anxiety and self esteem. However, in 2017 Claire was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer. She found CBT techniques saved her sanity during treatment and set out to help cancer patients use CBT techniques and tools. In 2018 she was diagnosed with a secondary cancer with a tumor in her brain. She was hospitalized while waiting for the brain surgery to remove it and had follow up radio surgery. Clare is dedicated to sharing her knowledge with other cancer survivors and helping them utilize CBT techniques to thrive.
