Heavy downpours are forecast to continue in Kenya where at least 32 people have lost their lives and more than forty thousand forced from their homes across the country because of the rain and flooding. Heavy rain has pounded the east African country in recent days, causing widespread devastation. Local media reported that residents of the Mathare slum had been forced to sleep on rooftops earlier this week.
