The SADC Electoral Observation Mission (SEOM) launched ahead SA's elections

Former Vice President of Zambia, Enock Kavindele has just launched the SADC Electoral Observation Mission (SEOM) ahead of South Africa's(SA) general  elections on May 29th.

SA will vote in national and provincial elections on the 29th of May. SADC is an organisation of 16 Member States established in 1980 as the Southern African Development Coordinating Conference (SADCC) and later, in August,1992 transformed into the Southern African Development Community (SADC).
