Ten opposition parties in South Africa's(SA) Parliament say they are planning to challenge the Electoral Matters Amendment Act in court. The parties missed out on a March deadline for the submission of its candidates list.
The office of the Presidency said this week that President Cyril Ramaphosa signed the Bill into law.
