South Africa's Constitutional Court today is hearing the Economic Freedom Fighter's (EFF) party bid to challenge parliament's 13 December 2022 decision to not adopt the Section 89 panel report into the country's President Cyril Ramaphosa's Phala Phala saga, allegedly implicating him in money laundering.

EFF is arguing that the sixth democratic parliament acted irrationally by not referring it to the impeachment committee.
