South Africa's (SA) Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Ronald Lamola, co-chaired the 8th Session of the SA-Brazil Joint Commission (JC) with Brazil's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mauro Vieira, in Pretoria. During the Joint Commission meeting, the two Ministers reviewed the implementation of existing bilateral agreements and memoranda of understanding.
The Joint Commission also provided an opportunity to review bilateral relations, assess progress in existing areas of cooperation and identify new opportunities to advance the SA-Brazil Strategic Partnership.
