Rwanda's President Paul Kagame has announced that his country will soon recognise some Tanzanian citizens whose actions during the time of the genocide against the Tutsi in 1994 in Rwanda demonstrated exceptional heroism.
Kagame made these remarks at the State House in Dar es Salaam during his one-day state visit to Tanzania on Sunday.
