Youth leaders from across Eastern and Southern Africa have united in Johannesburg, South Africa, to promote HIV, Sexual and Reproductive Health. The Eastern and Southern Africa region accounts for the largest share of the global burden of HIV among young people and reports some of the highest adolescent pregnancy rates.
