Malawi's President, Lazarus Chakwera has reshuffled his Ministerial cabinet. A move some political commentators call a missed opportunity to bring meaningful change to Malawi. Some notable changes are, Vice President Dr Michael Usi will now assume a new role as Minister of State responsible for Public Service Delivery, Ezekiel Ching'oma is the new Minister of Homeland Security taking over from Ken Zikhale Ng'oma who has been deployed to the Ministry of Mining.
