The 12th High-Level Meeting of the Regional Oversight Mechanism of the Peace, Security and Cooperation (PSC) Framework for the Democratic Republic of Congo, and the region, has thanked Qatar and the United States for facilitating the peace efforts in the DRC.

The high-level meeting was hosted in Uganda and chaired by President Yoweri Museveni.
