Cameroons opposition leader, Maurice Kamto has been held under an undeclared house arrest in the central African states economic capital Douala.
Kamto returned from a political tour to Paris over the weekend and met thousands of supporters who say they are anxious to listen to their leader, but Cameroon government officials insist he will not meet with civilians.
