The Brazilian High Commissioner to South Africa, Benedicto Fonseca Filho, has called for stronger co-operation among countries of the Global South, emphasising the urgent need for collective dialogue in the face of mounting global crises.
Speaking to Channel Africa on the margins of the two day High-Level Dialogue on Re-imagining Democracy in Africa, taking place in Pretoria, Ambassador Filho stressed that democracy, development, and peace are inseparably linked. Filho affirmed that Brazil is ready to contribute to a more inclusive and balanced global order.
