The South African government is hosting the African Union-AIP Water Investment Summit in Cape Town, which aims to mobilise investments for climate-resilient water infrastructure and unlock shared prosperity across the continent. The three-day gathering includes high-level political plenaries, sessions on investment and innovation, project showcases and investment matchmaking sessions, as well as youth water investment track sessions, among others.
