This is according to South Africa's Agriculture minister, John Steenhuisen who recently addressed the Nutrition for Growth Summit in Paris.

A critical issue affecting Africa is one that remains largely overlooked - the cold chain infrastructure.

To tackle this - Cooling-as-a-Service (CaaS) is emerging as a game-changing solution, enabling manufacturers and farmers to access cleaner, more efficient cooling systems without the high upfront costs.
