Zambia is grappling with a serious water pollution crisis following an acid spill from a Chinese-owned mine.
On 18th February, a tailings dam at the mine collapsed, releasing contaminated water into the Kafue River, a vital water source for communities and agriculture.
The spill has raised concerns over environmental safety, public health, and regulatory oversight in the country's mining sector. Channel Africa's Zambia Correspondent, Arthur Davies Sikopo, reports.
