The 2023 Africa Cup of Nations is underway in the Ivory Coast as 24 teams compete for the honor of being crowned champions of Africa.

On the  Wednesday profile Rise and Shine hosted a man who no doubt understands the pressures and complexities that come with a tournament such as the AFRCON - Mr Marks Maponyane -otherwise known to many as  'Go man Go'. Maponyane has played professional football for 17 years and was awarded footballer of the year three times.  He played for Kaizer chiefs from 1981 to 1991 and also played for Orlando Pirates, Wits University as well as Dynamos. ...
